BURN LOTS OF CALORIES IN ONLY 15 MINUTES💯❗️🔥☄️💥 Not gonna lie, I’ve struggled recently with finding the motivation to work out. Combined with getting sick, all the work I have to get done and other recent stressors in my life, it has been hard to make working out a priority. This workout is only FIFTEEN minutes, burns a high amount of calories, and you don’t need any weights or equipment (entirely optional). The goal here is to get the heart rate up, work multiple muscle groups, and get a quick sweat on🙌🏻❤️🏄🏻‍♀️And I promise, you will! All these exercises are challenging, and to get the full benefit you need to give it your best effort. Since this workout is so quick, its is best to give it your absolute all…you will feel so much better after! A short workout is better than no workout. By the end of this, I was sweating and it felt like I’ve been to the gym for a full hour but like I said, your in and out with this one✨ 👉🏻40 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Repeat 2 rounds! ... Hi guys so I was gonna post this as my story but I realized I actually had a fair bit to say, and I didn’t want to try to write a novel in a caption, so that’s why I’m posting this lol😝 Anyway I wanna talk about my legs for a sec. I know, weird, but let me explain 💡 So my legs were always the first part of my body to look really skinny whenever I would lose lots of weight. Back when I was 15 and basically starving myself, my legs were literally toothpicks. Definitely not a good look. But to me having skinny legs symbolized “progress.” I could finally wear skinny jeans and short shorts! Thigh gaps and model long bony legs were basically my motivation. Flash forward to now, and I literally could not have a more different mindset. Now my legs have muscle definition, they are more sculpted and they allow me to do lots of awesome stuff in the gym. And yes; with that comes having bigger thighs, not fitting into that pair of short shorts anymore, having some cellulite and not so glamorous things. But would I go back to how I was before? Nope, not for a second. So, the point of this post is not to brag or show off or anything like that, but instead to remind you that beauty does not equal one set definition, ie skinny legs does not equal beautiful, healthy, fit etc. Someone’s definition of beauty can be entirely different than another persons and that’s fine. If you feel healthy inside that’s what matters. In my opinion, I don’t want to just let my legs keep me upright. I want them to empower me to be stronger. So, I let them run and kick and jump on stuff and lunge and squat and be FUNCTIONAL🏄🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🤼‍♂️🤾🏻‍♀️Sorry for the novel.
