Delicious Turmeric Latte Recipe

the most delicious turmeric latte

Hi guys! I have been wanting to share this turmeric latte that I make almost every single night for myself. The reason why I love it so much is not only does it curb my sweet tooth (does anyone else get that nag for something sweet after dinner?) but it has a plethora of health benefits-one of the biggest being it helps me fall asleep faster! This is because I have been including this CBD blend in it, and turmeric is a very relaxing spice as well. This latte contains no caffeine, and you can warm it up or enjoy it iced!

what’s in it?

  1. Collagen Turmeric from Primal Kitchen Foods
  2. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  3. Monk fruit extract
  4. Hemp milk or coconut milk
  5. Beam Dream CBD Blend
  6. Local Bee pollen
  7. LoveLavva Plant based yogurt

benefits

  • Anti-inflammatory and detoxifying
  • Helps build strong bones
  • Comforting for colder months
  • Supports skin health

I hope you guys try out this recipe, if you do let me know how you like it! Here is to a very happy and healthy 2020!

Hey Katie,.what’s a good alternative to coconut? It’s all the rage in health food, but I’m mildly allergic and don’t like the taste. Sure for milk there’s almond, etc. For another oil type product if be curious what you think. Maybe I’m better off just drnkingi tumeric in my sleepytime tea. I do have alot of tight muscles from all the daily biking, walking and yoga. Thanks and nice to see your post.

Hey! I like Hemp milk or macadamia milk. Not the biggest fan of almond milk since I find it doesn’t contain as great of a nutrient load and is also calcifying. Instead of adding coconut oil to things, ghee butter is great and very beneficial! Yes I also think they add turmeric to this te: https://thrivemarket.com/p/numi-turmeric-chai-golden-latte?utm_source=google&utm_medium=pla_smart&utm_campaign=Shopping_Engagement_Smart_Members&utm_content=680692209037&utm_term=na&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI4YCiu7X55gIVD18NCh2MHghVEAkYByABEgJK4vD_BwE
Which could help with sleep! 🙂

Cool thanks I agree on almond milk unless you make your own. Just got a gift of tumeric teas… A little bitter but could try lemon and stevia instead of honey. Also used to use ghee and liked it, wasn’t aware it’s beneficial. Any chance it has MCTs? Thanks, HK.
