What I Eat In A Day

This is an example of what my daily diet looks like to keep me healthy, fit and happy.

Breakfast: Smoothie with flax, banana, orange, spinach, chia seeds, probiotic green formula

Lunch: Big salad with carrots, tomatoes, red onion, quinoa

Dinner: Lean protein with mixed greens, and avocado with vegetables on the side

Between meals, I will snack on fruits, vegetables and nuts.

Overall, I keep the animal products to a minimum and include many raw fruits and vegetables to feel my absolute best!
