I love eating in a way that will fill my body with antioxidants and vitamins that will give me a radiating glow. When you eat loads of fruits and vegetables, your body is able to function properly. In turn, you will both look and feel amazing. The bright pigments in the fruits and vegetables are the anti-aging protective properties that keep you looking youthful and glowing. These are some of my favorite fruits and vegetables that I incorporate into my diet:


  • Mangos
  • Pineapples
  • Watermelon
  • All types of berries (strawberry, blackberries, goji berries, blueberries)
  • Apples
  • Bananas
  • Dark cherries
  • Avocados (technically a fruit!)


  • Carrots
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Arugula
  • Onions
  • Bell pepper
  • Rainbow chard
  • Beets
  • Mushrooms
  • Celery
  • Tomatoes

These foods will help you radiate, particularly if you eat them in a raw state because the nutrients are absorbed directly into your body without any oils or cooking methods interfering. Here is my advice if you are struggling with a dull complexion: Consume lots of salad, green smoothies and homemade fresh juice. I guarantee you will begin to see a difference in your skin, particularly if your diet already consists of high amounts of dairy, animal products, processed food, bleached grains and white sugar. Dairy is one of the worst offenders for blemish-prone skin and there is much scientific research nowadays supporting this. I will discuss more about this in a different post.
