Review of the Allergy Solution Diet

I have completed the allergy solution power flush diet and I have lost a total of three pounds and I feel great. This diet mainly consists of only fruit and vegetables and some healthy fats like chia seeds and olive oil. Obviously this diet is not sustainable for the long term, but after the three days you are allowed to add back some basic lean proteins and rice. Overall, I think this diet is definitely worth trying out if you feel bloated and want to reset your body a bit. I feel much less bloated after completing this diet and I can even see my abs peaking through! I also feel much more mentally clear and like I can accomplish more. This diet is worth trying out, I highly recommend it,and also reading Dr. Galland’s book: The Allergy Solution, as it is fascinating.
